Unlawful Use of Two-Way Communication Device

Additional Charges Often Associated With Drug Crimes

Unlawful use of a two way communication device

This charge is governed by Florida statute 934.215. This charge is frequently added to drug charges including possession of controlled substances, sale of cocaine or sale of controlled substances, or any drug charge where the sale or possession of drugs was set up with a phone. Sale of drug or cocaine defense attorney Matt Landsman has been fighting drug charges for years and this includes the additional charge of unlawful use of two way device. If this charge has been added to your case, you need an experienced defense attorney to fight for you.
